Job Summary:
Undergo a walkthrough on all facets of Branch operations on Cash, Clearing, Accounting and Loans Department. Performs the duties of a Teller/Cashier in the Cash Area; Clearing Assistant in the Clearing Department; Bookkeeper/Accountant in the Accounting Department; and Loan Assistant in the Loans Department.
Job Duties:
Tellering and Cashiering
· Assist customers with opening new accounts.
· Accept cash and/or check deposits of customers, and check items for validity.
· Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.
· Examine checks for endorsements and verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.
· Arrange monies received in cash boxes and coin dispensers according to denomination.
· Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts versus system, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
· Record and maintain all transactions completely and correctly to match the bank procedures.
· Perform specialized jobs like Cashier’s Check and Manager’s Check preparation.
· Monitor cash movements.
· Check and supervise proper implementation of AMLA policies.
Accounting
· Review of all transactions of the branch.
· Reconciliation of Inter-Office accounts.
· Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
· Prepares financial statements of the branch and variance analysis.
· Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Internal Auditor (Bank)

• Examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control systems.
• Review of the application and effectiveness of risk management procedures and risk assessment methodologies.
• Review of the management and financial information systems, including the electronic information system and electronic banking services.
• Assessment of the accuracy and reliability of the accounting system and of the resulting financial reports;
• Review of the systems and procedures of safeguarding assets.
• Transaction testing and assessment of specific internal control procedures.
• Review of the compliance system and the implementation of established policies and procedures.
• Make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations, and monitor management's response and implementation.
Instructor (University)

Job Duties:
Instructional Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit the updated course syllabus for each subject before each semester/school year ensuring the curse objectives are aligned with institutional and departmental objectives.
• Prepare methodological presentation and development of the subject matter and providing means for linkage of theory and practice for the good of the students.
• Evaluate the students’ performance through recitation, quizzes, examination, reflection papers, journals, research papers and the like and in consultation with the concerned Dean.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Available for academic and other types of student counseling at least (2) two hours a day.
• Submit grades, papers and reports on student progress to the proper authorities on time.
• Participate actively in selecting, designing, and organizing curriculum materials and procedures.
Subject Area Coordinator (University)

Job Duties:
• Coordinates with the College Dean in the academic and co-curricular programs and activities in the College of Accountancy.
• Assists the faculty under supervision in the preparation of course syllabi.
• Reviews periodical examinations and see to it that the examination measures knowledge, skills, competence, values indicated in the course syllabus.
• Conducts announced and unannounced observation of classes at least thrice a semester, the results of which shall be submitted to the College Deans concerned.
• Suggests/recommends textbooks/references to the Director of Instructional Media Center through the College Deans for purposes of requisition and budgeting.
• Coordinates with the College Deans who are responsible for the scheduling of subject or courses.
• Performs other functions, duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the College Dean.
