With 3 months experience in bookkeeping and accounting and more than 7 years experience in lending transactions as an Account Officer handling MSMEs, Corporations and Local Government Units accounts at Land Bank of the Philippines.

Actual duties as Account Officer are, as follows:

1. Marketing of loan prospects;

2. Evaluate business plan, business structure and analyze historical financial data of loan borrowers/prospect.

4. Prepare data analysis, financial projection and industry outlook as basis for the preparation of credit proposals.

3. Responsible for the structuring of credit terms and conditions and preparation of credit facility proposals.

4. Management of Loan Portfolio;

5. Supervisory Functions; and

6. Reportorial Functions.

Having graduated with a degree of BS in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant, I'm knowledgeable in preparing Financial Statement and Bookkeeping.

I'm skilled in various software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop. In addition to my technical skills, I posses a strong analytical and problem-solving abilities which enable me to provide valuable insights to the business of my credit clients and colleagues. I'm dedicated and hardworking individual who is committed to deliver high-quality works that meets the needs of clients and exceed expectations.
