Kenneth Ducanes

I'm Kenneth Ducanes, 32 years of age.

I've had a total of 6 years working in the BPO Industry. I started in 2011 as a customer service representative in Sitel Philippines. I also had an experience in a technical support representative role with IBM Daksh for a year. And my most recent BPO experience was with Afni Philippines for 2 years. 

Come 2017, I started to venture working from home. 

I've had almost 4 years of experience in freelancing specifically as an appointment setter for B2B and B2C campaigns. 

I started with a financing campaign in 2017 as an appointment setter. I stayed there for 3 straight years. Doing cold calling, outbound calling and setting up an appointment. 

I was also part of a Real Estate Mortgage Company for a year. Mainly calling property sellers and pre qualifying them. 

And lastly, I also worked for Credit Repair Company. I was calling loan officers back then to set up an appointment.

With that being said, I know I could be an asset to your company with these experiences that I have.
