My first job was a Customer Service Representative for e-commerce store that sells electronic supplies. I specialised on sales and customer support. In this role I became resilient in dealing with difficult customers and improved my selling skills. I contributed to the company’s sales by convincing the customers to purchase pur ad on products on top of their purchases.
My second job was an ESL tutor for a Chinese company that teaches students from 3 years old and above. I learned patience and my communication skills was improved. I contributed to the growth of the company by turning trial students into a regular ones and increased the number of bookings each week.
Currently I am taking a degree in Business Management at BYU-Idaho and a certification for Administrative Assistant at the same school.
