I am a currently employed full-time and is is looking to start a part-time career being a virtual assistant. I have an extensive customer service experience and a record of excellent written and oral communication.

I am skilled at communicating effectively with diverse people across various platforms. In my position as an escalation case manager for one of the leading banks in the US, I have answered queries and resolved complaints through different channels including phone, email, social media and correspondence.

I am passionate about being customer obsessed. I wanted to make sure all issues of the clients that are assigned to me are handled very effectively. Exceeding expectation and own customer issues from start to finish are my priority.
