I've been with the Call Center Industry for 3 years.
I was able to work/manage an outsource company for Australia & USA. I started working as a sales agent for supplementary products & internet service provider and was able to transform my skills for customer service, retention, technical support & sales. I handled a sales team for an Australian Solar Business which help me develop my leadership skills and to perform an operational job. I used that experience to explore a different playground. I've worked with an appraisal management company for both operational & sales. I'm very efficient on a client to client or business to business type of calls. I studied Economics at University of Southeastern Philippines.
