For 2 years, I worked as a customer service representative. There, I learned how to troubleshoot technical issues in phone service, cable and internet connection. Most of all, I learned how to be resourceful, patient, and emphatic when it comes to dealing with the irate and emotional customers. After that, I underwent digital marketing training. We studied an E-commerce website development, creating a website from scratch, how to market customer's product online and trough social media. We also studied how to use the Yoast SEO and studied other practical and effective way to boost a business campaign. Now, I look forward to helping businesses achieve greater heights with the skills that I've learned.
