I hold a Diploma in Accountancy as of December 2021. Expirience wise, l am a freelance bookkeeper on a part time basis, and my duties include filing, recording transactions in excel, bank reconciliations, wage sheets, among other admin
duties. I also have experience in using Zoho Books and Wave Accounting. Although l get to use my accounting knowledge while freelancing, it is to a limited extent. I would like to gain more knowledge and experience not just in Accounting but in
other fields and industries. Becoming a Virtual Assistant would not only open up the opportunity to learn other Accounting systems like Pastel (l have some experience in this but only from course work), Sage, Xero, among other practices that make up the accounting field but l would also gain expirience in performing admin and other
operations in a company. I aspire to pursue Management Accounting as a profession
and from my research it requires you to know the ins and outs of a company, coupled with using Accounting information for decision making. Becoming a Virtual Assistant would be like killing two birds with one stone. I am eager to learn. I am a fast learner. I am proficient in English both in speaking and writing and fun fact; l am currently learning the Turkish language. I am a high achiever as indicated in my academic results. My skills in Microsoft Office are intermediate but a role like this would help in advancing them. I am a good team
player. I am a critical thinker and a problem solver. I am hardworking and l adapt quickly to new environments.
