Hi there! My name is Kimberly but you can call me Kim for short. I have been working as a general virtual assistant for 4 years now. I work in a contact center for almost 2 years as a customer service representative after which I decided to change career as a Virtual Assistant. I started to work as a general virtual assistant full-time at the same time part-time human resource assistant manager. As a GVA, I do cold calling, lead generation, and social media management for a real estate company in Australia and United States. As a human resource assistant manager, I am responsible for tracing employees' attendance, and evaluation. I am as well responsible for interviewing prospective virtual assistants for the company. After 2 years working in an office-based setup, I decided to take the risk of applying for the same position in a work-from-home setup.
