I was part of a Canadian company named Bell, where I
worked as a Customer Service Representative for a year. In
this role, I assisted customers with their general concerns
regarding their residential services, including the Internet,
Home Phone, and technical issues with their TV. After a
year, I was transferred as a Move Valet Specialist. In this
role, I assisted customers who wanted to move their
services to a new address. Making sales was also one of my
major responsibilities in this position.
