I have over three years of experience with International Call Center. I worked for US, UK, Australian and Canadian Clients and worked for both Inbound and Outbound processes and the campaigns vary from conducting surveys to selling Credit Cards and for a short period I also worked as a Technical Support Engineer where my job was to take inbound calls and optimize the computers of the customers.
I also worked in the Account & Retention Department of the same technical campaigns where I main job was to provide satisfactory solution to the customer and retain them only in case where he/she is very adamant, I used to refund the amount based on the Companies Rules and Regulations.
