I have experience with a lot of companies and have developed skills focusing on customer experience and satisfaction. I also worked as a mentor for a couple of months that train the newly hired employees in my most recent work as a technical support advisor.
I can confidently say that I am competitive by nature and it shows in my performance in my previous jobs.
I like working with a team but can also do tasks alone. I like to share feedback to help the team and also another colleague that is having troubles at work if he/she needs it.
I also believe that having open communication at work is really an important factor for the team to succeed.
I learn fast and can be left with little to no supervision after I get a grasp of what needs to be done.
One thing that I am really proud of is my punctuality. I always get to work ahead of time and it has been a habit of mine to be at least 30 minutes early before shift.
