Hi! My name is Krischelle Eleria. I am 30 years old from the Philippines.
I have been an administrative assistant for 4 years, I have been responsible for ordering stock and office supplies, maintaining records and updating inventories, scheduling appointments, answering email and phone calls. I have been a Customer Service Associate for almost 5 years, voice and non voice accounts. I’ve handled sales, retention, billing, fraud and a lot more. I have experienced as a product lister and market researcher. I recently enrolled in an Online Academy for Virtual Assistants to learn and develop my skills.
My knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I am a fast learner and welcome challenges as well. As a detail oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I am a self-starter and have a complete in-home office set up.
