I worked seven years in the Customer service industry, handling international accounts and clients. I started my career in the travel sector of the Customer service industry, and has always been in the service for more than 7 years, may it be technical or just being there to listen to customers' needs or complaints, and do the best that I can to help out and alleviate the situation. Customer service is my life's work, and I will never get tired of serving people with genuine help and providing the right solutions. I was born to be in this industry.
