I have worked as a customer service representative for a Seller Account for Amazon.com. My tasks are to answer buyer messages, handle customer returns, placing an order, handles A-Z Guarantee Claim, handle Negative Seller feedback and Negative Product Reviews which includes filling cases for suspicious reviews. I have also handled confirming shipments and contacting sources/suppliers for replacement or refunds.
I've also worked as a Chat Support Representative for a US Cable Company. My task is to answer their billing concern via chat as fast as we can and it should be accurate.
I am certain of doing a good jobĀ and always reliable in meeting the deadlines set. I am familiar with Google Drive tools as I have been using it in the past. I also have the ability to pay attention to details and I can assure you that I will deliver quality of service if given a chance. I am already familiar with using Amazon seller central page so it will be easy for me to work with less supervision, but I am also willing to learn new stuff and more.
