I started my career in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Representative handling technical and customer service concerns at the same time. I also had the opportunity to provide support to new hires as their subject matter expert. I was also part of several initiatives with regard to Net promoters where in I was also one of the SME's of the team. I then became one of an in-house IT's of ATOS and recently I was one of the senior recruiting specialist of an Online English School.
