I worked as a Customer Service Representative at a BPO company for 3 years, doing both inbound and outbound calls. I was also an Executive Assistant at a Trading & Consultancy Corporation for 6 years, which I've experienced Admin tasks such as data entry, product research, eCommerce, appointment setting, travel booking, email management, call handling, basic bookkeeping, handling multiple social media business accounts, arranging shipments(import/export), quality control in a factory and doing some of the company's reports and documents using Word and Excel.

As an EA, my boss also let me manage his small clothing store and I've also handled selling his items on different online selling platforms like Shopee, eBay, Grailed, Bump, Carousell, Facebook, and Instagram.

I am currently a part-time Virtual Assistant and a transcriber, and I'm currently looking for more clients that could fill up my available time. I also do Data Entry. I prefer to work as an AMAZON VA, but I'm also open to whatever job comes first as long as I can do it :)

I love working for clients that take care of their employees. Those who also want their employees to grow and help them learn.

In my free time, I watch Netflix series or surf the net. :)
