At my most recent position at ALine Studio as an Virtual C-Level Executive/Personal Assistant, I was responsible for: drafting proposals, communicating on behalf of the CEO, coordinating events, calendars and travel, creating contracts, acting as a liaison between businesses and more. I was responsible for assisting 3 CEO's at one time as well as assisting multiple different departments, including but not limited to Marketing, Human Resources and Payroll. I was responsible for wearing many different hats, while making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly with minimal assistance/supervision.

While working as a Company Center Operations Coordinator/Executive Assistant for Huntington Learning Center has provided me with valuable relevant experience (both assisting 26 different centers across New York and New Jersey as well as supporting 4 different high-level Executives). My reputation as an important team member who always gets the job done comes from my demonstrated ability to multi-task. I've worked on projects such as drafting company correspondence, preparing data reports for management, planning company meetings/yearly conventions, calendar management, budget/expenses monitoring as well as conducted onboarding and recruiting. I started working at Huntington Learning Center on site for a year but have been working remotely ever since.

My experience has taught me the importance of being proactive and extremely organized (especially when working from home), and I pride myself on my ability to adapt to all kinds of situations as they arise. My organizational skills are impeccable, and I have been rewarded and recognized for it in all my positions. As my resume outlines I am skilled in working in an office or virtually and I am an expert in communication programs such as Slack, Skype and Google Handouts. I am also an expert in many computer programs such as MS Office, MS Suite, Sharepoint, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, Pipeline, Aweber, Infusionsoft, Active Campaign and Salesforce, Quickbooks and Concur. I am an extremely fast learner and if your company uses a software I am not familiar with, I am always up to learn new things.

I have managerial experience as I oversaw a team of 20 employees, and had the responsibility to delegate tasks, assist in payroll weekly and conduct reviews every 3 months. I also created monthly schedules for the employees and aided in issue resolution as their HR correspondent. When it comes to social media, I have extensive social media management experience using programs such as WordPress, Hootsuite, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and so much more. I have also worked as a Personal Assistant within each of my past positions, completing various tasks such as driving the CEO various places to managing upkeep of their daily schedule and everything in-between.
