For the past years, I worked as an Outbound Call Center Agent on different accounts such as lead gens for Solar account, Durable Medical Equipment, and Time Share. I'm currently working as a full-time virtual assistant. I'm part of a management team that manages some holiday/apartment houses in NSW, Sydney, and Queensland, Australia. I assist the property manager in managing listings and bookings of clients. I also serve as email and phone support to answer inquiries. I coordinate with the property cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure the property is in the best condition. I also list properties (upload photos, update calendars, and prices on booking websites such as Airbnb, HomeAway, and Booking.com.
