Krizzy Joyce Daugdaug

I am hard working, easy to work with, goal oriented person, attentive, can work with group and work with integrity and passion. 

I studied Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and units in Master of Development Communication, so dealing with other people is not a big deal. During my school years, we are trained to communicate well through oral and written. We also have courses deals with marketing and advertising and even basic knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, and organizing events.

Aside from my bachelors degree I also took an associate degree in Information Technology that honed me to data entry, and other technical stuff when it comes to computers.

When it comes to working experience, for two years I worked as a Technical Support Representative to a BPO company that helps the customers to troubleshoot their services, later on became a Subject Matter Expert that assist co-representatives with complex issues, Customer Service Representative for a year that accommodates customers concern to their bills and other inquiries, this through voice and non voice support including email support. 

Working with different people and great numbers are not easy but so fun since you get to know their culture and tradition as well as learn a lot from them. 

But before I joined BPO industry I also have experience with Sales and Marketing since I have a part time job while studying that time I am doing also some administrative works and became a Team Leader as well as Trainer for newbies in the company. 

When it comes to VA experience, I used to work on a firm in the USA as his researcher, direct contact to his clients, email responses, recruitment and even got a chance to lead other team members. Aside from that I also have experience in Keyword Research with tools like Power Suggest Pro, Killer Keyword Tool and SEMrush as well as unpaid tools google trends, google adwords, LSI graph, answer the public and buzzsumo.

With all these previous employment experiences I am confident to do the task well and I am willing to be trained as well for future references and master the craft.
