Kryzha Mae Narusawa

Hi,

I'm Kryzha Narusawa but I mostly go with "Naru". I have worked for an outsourcing firm based here in the Philippines for 6 years now. I've handled clients in various niches for the past 6 years. I now handle a team of lead scrapers and data miners in the firm for a big retail client based in the U.S.

Prior to working with the outsourcing firm, I co-founded a small freelancing agency with my friends and was tasked to be the senior supervisor of the team of freelancers.

Most of the skills I've acquired, I learned from my freelancing/outsourcing careers. Working closely with the clients has helped me become more self-sufficient, decisive, and adaptable to sudden changes.
