maintaining New events on HUB, both Mandatory & Voluntary events. Worked on all kind of
events like Capital Repayment, Liquidation, Open Offer, Rights Issue and lot more. Worked on
Elections & Election letters. Receiving Payments on HSBCNET and paying them out to the clients
through HUB and HSBCNET. After Payment tasks like Fractional payments. Creating and sending
payment letters to shareholders. Checking Announcement letters and Payment letters created by
other processors. Allocating Letters to work on to all the processors of the team equally. Trained
new joinees to the Team on AFD’s, Payment Letters, WCA and other important tasks.
