Administrative Support Specialist/General Virtual Assistant

Hi, I’m Lady Ann, a trained Administrative Support Specialist / General Virtual Assistant and Registered Nurse by Profession too. I have currently stayed a home mom for 5 years because I have chosen to be with my son for his welfare. And I decided to pursue my new venture as an Administrative Support Specialist / General Virtual Assistant by enrolling in courses and training related to this field. I believed that my passion to acquire a career-oriented position that provides opportunities for advancement while allowing me to explore my knowledge, skills where an increase in professional and persona, competence could be attained.

With regards to my previous experiences as a Staff Nurse ( Hemodialysis Nurse ) and Health Care Assistant in UAE, Some main task aside rendering the general health care to the patients, duties, assisting Doctors, nursing, medical transcription ( medical reports), We also did administrative supports, appointment setting and calendar management, scheduling Doctors appointment and patients check-up. Customer supports, phone communication, and management (answering calls for inquiries) We manage patients' charts manual and online, Forms, and files management. Both administrative and medical works are my background experiences.
