I have hands-on experience in Project Management & Client handling. Being from an Accounting & Administrative background I involve in a complete PLC.
Kick-off ( Start of the project)
- Creating legal documents and sharing it through Hello sign,
- Creating the accounts,
- Setting up Trello, Zoho accounts, Slack access,
- Welcome & Introductionary email
Mid of the Project ( In progress)
- Raising the issues and concerns from the employee side to client and vice versa.
- Creating invoices and settling those accounts
- Accounts management of each client
- Resolving the client issues
Closure (End of the Project)
- Settling the accounts and sharing the SoA with the client.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Sending out closure email.
- Following up with the client for a clutch review and feedback forms.
- Remarketing and checking with the client for further engagement.
- Settling the disputes.
Apart from this, I am involved in many areas of the organisation like handling the employees who are onboarded on client location and resolving disputes and concerns. Generating financial reports month on month basis. And generating the employee serviceability reports.
