I worked as Telesales Representative/ Customer Care for Sprint Telco for 3yrs. What I do was to assist clients with their account and encourage them to add an additional line on his/her account if they have family members thay they want to add on their monthly plan. However, if they are not currently subscriber of Sprint we offer them suitable plans that they might want .

I was also a Senior Email Banking Specialist at the head office of the Bank of the Philippine Islands. I answer Emails coming from our account holders. I handle Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Loans concern of the senders. If they indicated in the email that the credit card or debit card was lost, stolen, have fraudulent activity or unknown transactions I call the card holder immediately for verification and card blocking.

At present, I am working at CPascua Realty selling Camella and Lumina House and Lot. I look for potential clients using Facebook pages and my Personal account. I am currently handling 6 Facebook Pages related to Camella and Lumina. Once there is a potential client, I assist him/her during site visit, reservation, processing documents, submitting requirements to the developer, coordinate with the loan officer of the bank for loan approval, and up until house turn over.
