I have worked in multiple industries and have experience in customer service, coaching and training agents, as well as leading a team of 20+ agents. I have also lead mission trip teams of up to 30 people and events with 200+ kids from children's homes around my hometown. In my non-profit organization job, I was in charge of planning, budgeting, buying supplies and materials, and leading the staff team to accomplish their jobs properly. I have also worked in the career path I studied for, being a technical assistant for on site engineers in multiple projects at a time. In this position, I was required to assist in calculating project budgets, quoting and purchasing materials, supervising on site projects, and ensuring safety of all workers.
