Am 30 years of age, I've graduated last 2007 with Computer Science Information Technology course, and that is for two year only. I am Married with two kids boy and girl.I cooked most of the time, I like singing too.I love typing that is my expertized i can do 50-60 wpm, I am positive thinker, very optimistic person, motivated and flexible, I love discovering new things and special about social medias..
I worked as a call center agent for almost 4 years 1 year as a collection agent, then 1 and 1/2 year as a billing consultant and the most recent is being a technical support for triple play service such as home phone, cable and internet. We do troubleshooting over the phone that is just basic troubleshooting and if the issue is not being resolved over the phone we send technician, we do schedule of the technician arrival, record the issue and what is the resolution being provided for the customer, if the customer is eligible we do upselling as well, yes i also have knowledge with sale, not to mention but i became a top seller back then twice...

I believe in the saying that there is always purposed in every situation, we just need to seek the brighter side and analyst the the negative one.
