I have extensive 18 years of varied experience in customer service, email management, data entry, calendar scheduling, updating inventory systems, invoicing, encoding, data mining, timekeeping, data entry, research, and some admin tasks.

I'm focused, resourceful, reliable, fast learner, responsible, trustworthy, flexible, hardworking, keen on details, proactive, and have a strong work ethic. I have high integrity, am self-motivated, and have ownership with my job, on which I'm commended and awarded for that by my previous superiors.

I’m a certified Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma. I have two time-saving projects implemented and awarded for two consecutive years as one of the best employees in the department. I'm a  Bachelor of Business Administration major in Management graduate and finished 18 units with my master and have units in General Accounting.
