Lei Angelie Gran

My name is Lei, 22 years old from Floridablanca, Pampanga. I am a college undergraduate of Hotel and Restaurant Services but I have one year and five months of experience as Office Secretary in our Municipal Tourism Office. I prepared and edit documents, handle office schedules, organized files, typing, and filling, prepared, and collecting reports. I also know how to photograph and organized an event. I also have one year of experience as an eyelash extension specialist in I-lash Extension Salon, located at SM City Pampanga. I am also working part-time as a customer service representative. I resolve customer complaints via social media, assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges, inform customers of deals and promotions and answer questions. I also backed-up as a cashier in the Supermarket for 1 month. I assist customers in the in-store check-out process, ringing up sales, bagging items, collecting payment, and giving appropriate change. I am well-organized and detail-oriented, I have strong interpersonal skills, a fast-learner, and know how to manage time. I also have knowledge of Microsoft office (word, powerpoint, excel, etc) proofreading and spelling.
