I am very enthusiastic about learning. I learn easy and I am hardworking.
I studied Political Science and also took education courses majoring in Social Sciences.
While studying, I tutored for a year online with Korean high school students, here is where I learned multi-tasking especially since I was studying and mentoring students. I taught English, verbally and in writing.
I worked as a billing and sales specialist at DTV/AT&T where I learned to handle difficult customer and pitch company products After 2 years with DTV/AT&T. I switched to be a fraud analyst for 2 years with Citibank where I handle credit cards and then trained work as a customer service representative.
Working in the call center industry taught me patience and appreciation of my crafts. I valued time and eager to please bosses and clients. I am can work under pressure and is committed to any job I am given. I am driven to create perfection.
Overall my work experience made me an excellent customer service provider, I am able to handle irate costumers and handle difficult situations. I am very friendly and will do extra miles to assist but I can also be firm in providing resolution. I have passion and willingness to learn new things.
