I worked in a BPO company for 16 years. I started as a Customer Service for a travel agency. This is where we assist customers with their flight details. Assist them with flight changes and hotel bookings. After a year, I moved to another BPO still as a. customer support specialist but this time is for a telco company. I resolve clients issue on the first call. This includes their billing statement, upgrade their current plan, add minutes to their plan and even minor technical support assistance. Then I move to another BPO. Started as a collection specialist who assist clients from Canada and remind them about their credit card PAYMENTS. In the same company, I moved to fraud department which I handle fraudulent activities Investigation and reporting. Then moved to Credit card customer service where I helped client from the US with their bills, charges, account modification and online logins. I also. moved to email customer support where I help merchant, small or large scales merchant with their account, charges, bills and even minor technical concerns on an email setting. I also became a Virtual Banker where I help client with their personal checking account, online banking and find solutions to their financial need. With all of this years, I'm proud to say that my Customer Satisfaction rating is very high and its above meeting the expectation of each department I've worked with.
