I have started working with BPO since 2006, then on 2014 I have moved to another line of work in which I was able to work with Five9 Cloud Contact Center Software, I have harnessed my skills as a Technical Support Representative assisting multiple customers during a given day. I am certified for Five9 administrative support for both inbound and outbound. I am also well-rounded on configuration of back end systems that integrates with Five9 Applications. Troubleshooting and maintenance of the five9 campaigns and also running reports.
After Five9, I moved to a small company working with an Amazon re-seller and did work for them through creating bundles of relevant products and make sure it is properly added to their amazon account.
