Leonie Haughton

As my resume reveals, I have completed a Bachelors of Education in Technical & Vocational Education and Training at the University of Technology Jamaica, and am currently reading for a M.A. in Education at the University of South Wales. 

In my last Customer Service role, I worked for remote cleaning company. Initially, I was employed to be a part of the sales team but after a month I was promoted to the Customer Support team. Additionally, I have worked as a billing/sales agent for AT&T and I tutor ESL students from Asia online. I believe these experiences will greatly enable me to make an indelible contribution to any company I’m aligned to. Self-motivation, dedication, and willingness to learn are attributes that are inherent in my character and will allow me to make an effective contribution to any institution with which I am aligned.
