I have over 8 years of extensive experience in Customer Service with Sales, 1 year of which I was a Technical Consultant for Microsoft Windows Answer Desk. I was employed and got the best training from several large Call Centers, where I received some Excellence Awards.

For the past 2 years, I got home-based outbound appointment setter/ lead generation experiences from 2 different companies having Health Insurance, Cancer Risk/ CGX, Roofing, and Real Estate campaigns.

Interacting and communicating well with people from different places, either by phone, email or chat, or in-person has always been my passion and which I also consider as my strength. I am knowledgeable in MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel and other computer usage and functionality. I also have basic knowledge of Google Spreadsheet, Google docs, and its extensions.

Having assisted US, Canadian and Australian customers, building an emotional and professional connection with them is easy for me. My desire to keep learning has always been my key to succeed. I believe that with proper orientation regarding the specifics of work, it is not impossible to learn and perform well at the same time as long as you put your heart and dedication into what you are doing.
