I am a professional virtual assistant, good in communicating with different types of people via email, phone calls and chat.

My most recent job is to communicate with our C-level clients or vendors in Logistics industry via email, phone and LinkedIn to encourage them to attend our International event to meet the retailers. My important task is also to manage big accounts and start-ups, on-boarding and ensuring that they are prepared to meet iconic retailers in our event.

I have also managed a team of 4 sales agents, helping them to do their best and help them with any issues with our CRM.
