As a content creator and administrative assistant for Like Communications, my main resposibilities were daily social media updates for clients, creating blogs and website content and taking photographs for website and social media use. I also liaised with clients as to their specific needs for digital and print advertising.

My duties here include selling advertising within an administrative role. I was instrumental in the launch of a new website which I am now responsible for updating and populating. I controlled social media accounts and wrote, compiled and proofed several publications during my time with Quince. I also worked on strategic advertising campaigns for food-based businesses.

The Horseshoe Café, Leap
My sister and I entered a joint partnership and took over this café for 2 years. As it followed a period of closure, we built the business back up from scratch. I was responsible for all aspects of running the café, from serving and cooking artisan food to ordering, stocktaking, promotion, advertising and accounts. The café closed its doors in December 2012, due to repossession of the building by its owner.
