Some Tips To Improve your skills in setting and achieving goals that I should say are:

• Write everything down and organize tasks by priority

• Regularly track your progress then motivate yourself

As a Virtual Assistant, you have to keen eye for detail, be Analytical, and not be Shy to report back to the broader business and team what you found.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Understanding of Data and Data Visualization and able to put in a Full Workweek and can work occasional other hours as needed.

In a Freelance Industry, you should be more assertive with your clients you should not just give up on whatever task he gives you. As I have experience, I have learned a lot that I should value not only my work and also my clients. Having purposeful activities that you see is a bigger chance for you to work harder in everything you do and be resourceful because I find ways to deliver even in high-pressure situations. I'm quick to find new solutions and keep my team's morale up by hearing out their problems and reminding them to take a breath when needed. The encouraging team also helps us achieve our set goals and tweak them so we don't plateau in growth.

You will also describe me as a decisive person because I tend to be more comfortable with risk and can be resistant to change once I've made decisions but it isn't about always being right. It's about knowing that even when I'm wrong I will come out a better person. I learned a lot of things that you will keep going instead of giving up easily. Overcome your fears, Stop overanalyzing, visualize the outcome, and don't chase perfection are the things you need to start your own mindset.

And lastly being opinionated as a professional is not wrong in giving your own opinion about things, However, nowadays, it's easier to speak your mind with the way social media and the internet have conditioned most of us to give our say on things.
