I started my career as a Customer Service Representative. I have worked in the business process outsourcing industry for over eight years. I have experienced working in different fields like technical support, banking, and sales accounts. I also have an experience working as a team lead, quality assurance analyst, and recruitment specialist. My areas of specialization includes but not limited to - Documents Keeping/Organization, Team Handling, Strategy Planning, Attendance and Performance Monitoring, Calendar Scheduling, Business Writing, and the like.
