Hi! Welcome to Surely Virtual Assistance. I am Liezel Gaveria, graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Bicol University College of Business, Economics and Management. It has been months since I started training as a General Virtual Assistant to up-skill and gain more knowledge about freelancing. Ever since the start of pandemic, due to contracts ending and people being laid off, a lot suffered from unemployment including me. I chose to join the community of online professionals and freelancers because I think that there's a lot of online job opportunities I can actually fit in to. These kind of set up is not new to Filipinos as it has been a decade since work from home started and benefited many households. Though I could be a potential owner of my own freelancing agency, I also want to learn more from among the millions of freelancers in the industry by starting off as an employee.

As a Virtual Assistant, I want to be as efficient as possible. Productivity in a short amount time is what I aim for. I am detailed and put keen attention to every bit of data and information that's in front of me. I am organised. I use precise and orderly procedures on doing my tasks, planning the process is part of me which makes me a methodical person. I use and am familiar with several online tools and software such as Canva for basic graphic designing, Clipchamp for video editing, Mail chimp for email marketing, Chat Hero for setting up Chat bot, Google Workspace for general administrative control and support, Trello for organising tasks to boards and Descript for audio and video transcription, Microsoft Office, and Toggl Track for time tracking daily activities

My objective is to establish a long lasting career by utilising the skills I learned through offering administrative support and marketing strategies to a person or organisation that provides career growth.
