My task as a Senior Sales Assistant:

1. Overseeing a group of Sales Assistant on their daily task.
2. Encode Daily Sales Report submitted by store personnel.
3. Creates Pull-out Authorization Slips (PAS) in the system.
4. Creating Stock Transfer Requisition given by the store personnel.
5. Processing Recruitment of store personnel.
6. Generating and analyzing reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, database and charts).
7. Creating business letters for the different Heads of the store.
8. Responding to email and phone concerns and inquiries of customers.
9. Inventory Management
