Lin Thiha Aung

I am Dr. Lin Thiha Aung, completed Master of Public Health at BRAC James P Grants School of Public Health with WHO TDR Scholarship. I would like to present the values that I have as follows:

• Strong relationships with not only State directors, Regional Officers, Township Public Health Officers from Ministry of Health but also private providers, Community Health Services Providers, Pharmacies and Informal Outlets from different states and regions
• Broad area knowledge through experiences of extensively working in management role in almost all regions.
• Competent technical skills in Malaria, Tuberculosis, Reproductive Health and HIV programs with well experiences of working in different kinds of project such as Nutrition project, TB Active Case Finding and TB Pharmacies projects as a field staff and also management staff.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills that can bring all team members to achieve donor’s targets to achieve mission, vision and core values of National Program.
• Advanced capacity building and team development skills including ICMV training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation in extensive programs and projects of VBDC programs.
• Experience in financial management such as incentive for volunteers, travel expenses, lump sum for subordinates, etc. In addition, having experience in Global Fund budget for program activities budget calculation together with UNOPS
• Experience in programmatic proposal writing and development of technical documents such as SOP, guidelines, etc.
• Moreover, as I had a chance to work at different UN Organization, NGO and INGO, therefore I totally understand the existing policies, rules and procedures.
