My name is Liza Marie Castro i'm 27 years old, married, and 

a mother of two. I'm from Philippines, I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Midwifery

and I also took up Bachelor of Arts in English. I worked as a Customer service representative

for almost five years and had been working as a Hotel Receptionist way back 2015 in Dubai, UAE.

I'm very optimistic, responsible, self-reliant, and trust-worthy. I am always open for criticisms, opportunities and growth. My extensive experience in customer service industry has taught me the value of providing positive, 

individualized service to all customers. As a Customer Service Representative, 

I worked one-on-one with the customers to ensure that all of their inquiries 

and questions about the product were answered and that each customer will
