I am currently working in a BPO industry as a Team Manager in one of our US retail account. I started as a customer service representative and got promoted after 2 and a half years from CSA to Team Manager, which was level 2 to level 4 directly.
As a team manager, I have already learned a lot, especially doing different administrative tasks, like doing daily, weekly and monthly reports about performance of my team and report about how the day ended when it comes to queue management.
Regarding out team's score - I do presentations targeting areas for improvement and creating a step by step process on how to achieve target goals.
Promoting and boosting events by posting canva adverts everytime there is a new event in our account - which is done to improve employee engagement.

I manage outlook emails, analyze team's scores and check which area to focus on, daily coaching with my agents, manage queue, create reports and presentations, schedule meetings - admin hearings, and management meetings, creates adverts for events to boost employee engagement and make sure that my time is well managed by maximizing time management.
