I've worked as a Social Media Manager specializing as a Community Manager for over 5 years. During my time in this role, I've made it a priority to be as transparent and responsive to my community as possible. I’ve met a lot of people and learned a lot about how communities are built. I have been working on LinkedIn and social media platform lead generation and outreach services. I have experience in reaching out to specific niche market demands to increase sales, leads, and brand awareness that helps the people who are running their own businesses to create organic growth.
I was in charge of creating and managing the product listings for an online retailer. I gathered data about products, wrote descriptions, and created images to be used in the product listings. I also worked on optimizing the listings for search engine visibility. This experience has given me a good foundation in e-commerce and a better understanding of how online shoppers search for and buy products.
I do have experience in product research. I've worked with a couple of different clients, small businesses and startups, to help them figure out what their customers want and need. I've also helped develop user personas, which is really important when it comes to understanding customer needs and wants.
