Employment History Partsmarket April 2016 - Present Customer Service Representative As an online freelancer, I am working as a Customer Service Representative for a Company that sells used, reman and aftermarket automotive parts that is based in California. Snappr December 2016 - March 2018 Customer Service Representative As an online freelancer, I have provided Customer Service and Admin Support for this Photography Company based in Australia. My main role is to provide needs for their customer and also work as a dispatcher for all required jobs with corresponding photographers. It was a very successful account and the company decided to build a call center here in the Philippines. They have offered a position for me in the office but I declined since I enjoy working from the comfort of my home. Hotelspace March 2015 - November 2016 Sales Support As an online freelancer, I have worked for a company that owns a couple of hotels and budget accommodation in Sydney. I was their Sales Support handling sales for large travel groups. As a reward for a good selling season (summer in Australia from December to February), the company owner invited me to visit Australia so I can also see their properties in person and to be able to sell it more effectively.
