I've worked as an office staff in a private company (airport transport) for seven (7) years. I am in charge of handling newly hired employees and drivers as well. I also prepare the company's documents for filing like license renewal, permit renewal,accreditation of the vehicles and renewal of the vehicles registration. I am also in charge of taking incoming and outgoing calls. Since it's an airport transport company, we are accepting reservations for pick-up from home to the airport.
I also take calls with regards the passenger's pick-up reservation. I am also in charge if there are complaints from the passenger's reservation and/or if they have comments/complaints with our employees and drivers.. I am in charge of checking the emails sent to us. I have knowledge in MS word, excel, powerpoint and publisher. I am friendly and easy to work with. I am willing to help my co employees if they need my help.
