I worked in a BPO Company for 4 years. I started as a Technical Support Representative where I take in calls to assist customers with their phone, tv and internet issue. I also handle customer service and answer their account and billing inquiries. After 2 years I got promoted as SME where I assist agents taking in calls, conduct refreshers and training for the agents and some call listening. After a year I got promoted as Intraday Coordinator where I do real time analysis. I manage calls in queue, check headcount of the agents per day and the allocation.
