Managing contracts worth several million euros, I was responsible for structuring and optimizing Customer Success strategy in Europe, with a mission to retain and grow key accounts. This involved various strategic activities, such as creating strategic account plans to achieve expected client outcomes and meeting the set client growth objectives.

In my previous role, I served as the Customer Success Director at Domino Data Lab, a San Francisco-based scale-up offering a data science platform to accelerate the deployment of models and artificial intelligence for large enterprises.
