I used to work for BestParking.com via www.upwork.com. I started out as a Google mapper and Hiring Manager. I managed a team of mappers and ground surveyors to carry out the entire ground data collection process. My tasks start from selecting candidates from the applicants list, then conducting the trial collection run, until the completion of the data gathering while ensuring the 100% completeness and accuracy of the data collected by thorough review on the collectors’ deliverable. Eventually, I was trained to handle a bigger and more complex task which is the database inputting, where I would say has, redefined my analytic and critical-thinking capabilities One of the major projects that I have fulfilled in BP was the NYC street parking rules, (Please see the sample work on the following link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwyBJZkpy28) which I considered the mark/trace that I left behind in BestParking. Basically, after working for four (4) years and ten (10) months, I am proud to say that I've been a part of its growing up.

I also worked as a full-time Customer Service Representative in a BPO company, under a US client account, one of the competitive Telecom and TV service provider. Prior to that, I have also joined with two other accounts, financial and sales accounts for over a year. I handled email, live chat, and inbound phone activities, all customers-related concerns.
