 I've been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years. I love the job and learned a lot as a go along. I've developed my skills over time and my attitude towards work. I have the ability to work under pressure with less supervision. 

  I've worked both as a customer service and technical support representative for Dish Network, Time Warner Cable and Tmobile for a total of 4 years . I've been a sales representative for a health insurance specifically in New Jersey for more than a year. Not to mention a dispatcher for one of the biggest motor club in the USA for 2 years. An appointment setter for Mortgage and Debt Consolidation. Been working as a consultant for short tail claims with NRMA a car insurance in Australia. Also been working as a virtual real estate agent for several companies in the US. I think of work as a playground where I can enhance more of my skills and enjoy at the same time while working.
